Vocal sound baths

In order to speak our truth and to be completely authentic, our mind and heart must cooperate and work in coherence.

The throat chakra is the bridge between the body and the heart.

By using our voice with intention and special vocalization we can create sounds that effect our bodies in a purifying, healing way.

Whether we are the ones who sing or just listen the vibrations do their magic.

In this workshop, we will play with both. You will experience how to use sound to heal as well as receive the nourishing effect of a vocal sound bath.

Mantras

Mantras are incredibly powerful tools that can bring us to the desired vibration attracting what we really want. By using sound, we send off frequencies that we then pull towards our reality.

The very word MANTRA in Sanskrit means mind projection

(MAN – mind, TRA – projection or frequency)

Mantras are an excellent way to slowly and gradually allow ourselves to release a voice. By releasing our voice gradually, we find out we care less about the intonation and color of voice and more about how we feel as we sing.

Mantras as well as singing will be present in all our workshops thus enhancing our yoga practice.

We take food seriously as it invigorates both body and mind. Healthy food provides us the nutrients and energy to develop and grow, be active and healthy, to move, play, work, think and learn. And most importantly – love. Ourselves and others. The relationship with food speaks the most about your relationship with yourselves.

For this reason, we place a lot of emphasis on the nourishment provided on our retreat. The food you will be having will not only be nutritional, but also fresh, local, seasonal, and filled with colors and textures so that it excites all six tastes. Most of our veggie produce are sourced from a small women-owned business in Croatia.

Our daily menu organic & mediterranean inspired through which you can experience the best of Croatia’s Adriatic sea and get the best nutrients from a globally renowned Mediterranean cuisine, known for its health-related benefits.

Also, rest assured even if you have any special food requirements or suffer from allergies: just let us know in advance and we’ll be more than glad to take up that challenge as well. A gluten-free option is also available.
